This platform connects Clients, GoGetters, and Companies for short-term, day work, and gig-based job opportunities. 2. User Roles There are three types of users on this platform: Clients – users who post jobs GoGetters – users who apply for jobs Companies – users who can both post and apply for jobs All users must register and provide accurate information. 3. Not a Recruitment Agency This platform is not a recruitment agency. We do not place users into permanent employment. We only provide a platform to connect people for short-term and gig-based work. 4. User Responsibilities By using this platform, you agree that: You will provide truthful and accurate information You will not use the platform for illegal activities You will treat other users with respect You are responsible for your own actions and agreements You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users 5. Jobs and Payments Clients are responsible for job descriptions, payments, and agreements. Payments are arranged directly between Clients and GoGetters or Companies. This platform does not handle or guarantee payments. We are not responsible for disputes over payment or job quality. 6. Boosted Jobs and Subscriptions Clients may optionally pay to boost job visibility. GoGetters and Companies use the platform through a subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. 7. Safety and Disputes Users must behave lawfully and responsibly. If serious issues are reported, accounts may be suspended. We may investigate complaints and take appropriate action. We are not responsible for personal disputes or losses. 8. Information and Privacy User information is stored securely. Personal information will only be shared if legally required. Users agree to the Privacy Policy. 9. Limitation of Liability This platform is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for: Loss of income Job outcomes User behavior Theft or damage Injuries or accidents Use of this platform is at your own risk. 10.
